Shipping policy

CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES POLICY:

All our products are made on-demand, it takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. The average shipping time is 5 business days depending on the delivery destination. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, it's delivered to the end address. 

SHOE POLICY:

Shoes are shipped internationally via UPS, DHL and FedEx. You can track your shipment. Deliveries take 6 to 12 business days to produce and ship your shoes, depending on your city and country. Shipments to the EU, UK and USA are free of charge. (Note: Custom taxes may apply for all non-EU shipments. Depending on the country, these normally range between 3 to 10 percent of the total purchase value and are due upon receipt of the product.)

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
